Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 13, 2026  ·  Power Payment Solutions Inc.

Power Payment Solutions Inc. ("Power Payment", "we", "us") provides merchant payment processing services and operates a private set of web dashboards used by our sales agents and internal staff. This policy explains what personal information we collect through those dashboards, how we use it, and how we protect it.

This policy applies to powerpayment.net, powerpayment.ca, and the agent and administration dashboards hosted on those domains.

1. Who this policy covers

Our dashboards are not open to the general public. Accounts are created by invitation only and are limited to:

Merchant business information handled inside these dashboards is processed on behalf of our merchant clients under our merchant agreements, and is not governed by this page.

2. Information we collect

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or tracking pixels on our dashboards.

3. How we use your information

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles.

4. Mobile phone numbers

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for text messaging is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing use.

The only third party that receives a phone number is our messaging carrier (Twilio Inc.), and only for the sole purpose of delivering the message you asked to receive. No other transfer of mobile information occurs.

Providing a mobile number is entirely optional. You may remove your number at any time from the Notifications tab of your dashboard, which stops all text messages immediately.

5. Text message program

If you opt in, Power Payment Solutions sends transactional account notifications by text message to the number you provided. These are alerts about your own merchant portfolio, such as a significant month-over-month drop in processing volume.

Message frequency: message frequency varies and depends on activity in your merchant portfolio. Most recipients receive no more than a few messages per month, and in many months none at all. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional texts.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any message you send or receive.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. How you consent, and how you withdraw consent

Consent to receive text messages is given by you, individually, inside your own password-protected dashboard: you type your mobile number into the Notifications settings and check the box labelled "Text me". The box is unchecked by default, and no message is ever sent unless you check it yourself.

You can withdraw consent at any time by unchecking that box, by deleting your phone number from the same screen, or by replying STOP to any message. Withdrawing consent for text messages does not affect your email notifications or your access to the dashboard.

7. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to operate our systems, and only to the extent required:

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights and the security of our systems. We never sell personal information.

8. Security

Access to our dashboards requires an individual account and password. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access controls that limit each agent to their own records. Administrative functions are restricted to authorized staff.

9. Retention

We keep account and commission records for as long as your agent relationship with Power Payment Solutions is active, and afterwards for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and regulatory obligations. Notification preferences and phone numbers are deleted when you remove them or when your account is closed.

10. Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes affecting the text message program will be communicated to enrolled recipients.
